How to get started

A short walkthrough of REZULO. In 15 minutes your salon is ready to take bookings online.

  1. 01

    Create an account

    You provide your e-mail, password and salon name. The system creates a separate panel for you with its own web address — for example /your-name/dashboard.

    Add services and prices

    Settings → Services: name, duration, price. You can mark which services are public (visible to clients on the booking page) and which are internal only.

  3. 03

    Add staff

    Settings → Staff: login accounts (e-mail and password), roles (owner or staff), hourly rates. Then assign the services each employee performs.

  4. 04

    Set business hours

    Settings → Business hours: define when the salon is open on each day of the week. The booking page automatically calculates available slots based on these hours and existing appointments.

    Invite clients

    Copy the link to the public booking page (/your-name/book) and place it in your Instagram bio, Google business profile, or newsletter. You can also embed the widget on your own website.

  6. 06

    Clients book themselves

    Every new booking appears in the panel instantly. The client receives an e-mail confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment. They can also cancel the visit themselves — no need to call.

  7. 07

    Settle and analyze

    After the appointment, click "Settle" — revenue is automatically added to the day. At the end of the month, you export a report (CSV, XLSX or PDF) for your accountant and review each employee's performance.
