List of Sub-processors
VHN Sp. z o.o. (REZULO operator) uses trusted vendors ("Sub-processors") when providing the Service, who may process data entrusted by the Administrator in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
The list below presents the current Sub-processors and the purpose of processing.

Transfers outside the EEA
In the case of Sub-processors processing data outside the European Economic Area, we apply appropriate safeguards required by GDPR, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or decisions finding an adequate level of protection.
Changes to the list
The Operator may add or change Sub-processors if this is necessary to provide the Service. The Administrator may be informed of material changes through the website, the REZULO system, or by e-mail.
